Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to honor any cancellation requests received within one hour of an order being placed. This is not a guarantee as we work with a third-party fulfillment center and cancellation requests cannot be made after the processing period.

If we are notified outside of U.S. working hours (9 am to 5 pm EST) or beyond the one-hour cutoff period, we are unable to cancel an order. If you are unable to cancel an order in time, you can process a return or exchange through our returns center HERE.
